Welcome to reBalance, a community-focused private training facility designed to take the fear out of fitness. From children to senior citizens, our mission is to provide an inclusive fitness experience that is accessible for all ages. Whether it's challenging HIIT and cardio classes or restorative deep stretch and yoga flows, our holistic approach to fitness incorporates both physical AND mental wellness. We want our clients to move comfortably and safely when they train with us, which is why we also provide custom online workouts and personal training sessions through Zoom.

Seamlessly intertwining the transformative aspects of martial arts into his fitness philosophy, Nogui doesn't just impart physical prowess but also nurtures a mindset that fosters lasting change. Rich O’Neill has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as the International Fitness Professionals Association since 2001. He has accumulated over 30,000 hours of personal training experience working under and alongside world renowned fitness expert Sam Iannetta since 2004. Focusing on body weight movements for general strength and overall nutrition are two main areas of focus with our youth program. We focus on setting goals using safe methods with a reasonable timeline. ReBalance trainers and TNT health educators focus on self-esteem and self-confidence building with our youth population.

I have been active since I was young, playing softball, tennis, volleyball, competitive cheerleading, and finally found my passion in Olympic weightlifting. After realizing how much of a positive impact activity and fitness had on my life, I wanted to share that passion with others. In 2016 I received my personal training certificate and it changed my life. I love teaching a wide variety of movements and workout styles. Personally, I favor teaching the barbell movements and helping clients reach their strength and technique goals. I am now a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, pursuing a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

The most important aspect of our fitness longevity system is the implementation of the laws of common sense, which are commonly abandoned in modern day exercise. Working with our affiliated Physical Therapists, reBalance trainers designed an assessment protocol that includes rehabilitative components to integrate into a fitness regime. We are the bridge for those that are released from Physical Therapy, rehab, or an old injury that are not yet ready to return to their sport,desired activity or unsupervised exercise. You remember why you were in such good shape in high school after a few sessions at Oxfitness. I’ve lost 50+ lbs since joining the gym and Im in the best shape of my adulthood.
